Pricing & Retainer Fees
Yes, we have a set £500 retainer fee. This will secure your wedding date.
The remainder of the balance is to be paid one month before the wedding event.
The retainer fee is non-refundable should you decide to cancel.
We are more than happy to extend our packages if you require more time. Our hourly photography fee on top of our packages is £150. This can be added at any time leading up to your wedding day.
Second shooters are absolutely worth it. Both of us will work together to capture all the unseen, romantic moments. Mary, our talented second shooter, will take heartfelt photographs during the preparations, ceremony, and evening reception. During the couple and family shots, Mary keeps busy by helping organise the groups and coming up with creative poses. If Mary is attending another event, we have many Aberdeen wedding photographer friends who can step in as your second shooter. You will receive many more cherished wedding photographs! You can add on a second shooter for £300.00.
Travelling
Of course! We are Aberdeen based however, we are love to travel and delighted to embark on wedding photography adventures throughout Scotland. Our wedding packages include travel within Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire without any extra charges. However, if your wedding is located outside of this area, a small fee may be necessary to cover our travel and, if required, accommodation expenses. We keep any additional costs as low as possible. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for a personalised estimate regarding travel to your preferred destination.
Photoshoot
Photographs are essential memories of your wedding day. We recommend a two-hour gap for capturing important moments, but timing can be adjusted based on your needs and location.
Our photography style is all about capturing genuine, natural moments with minimal direction. During the photo session, we will encourage you to take a romantic walk together. This is often the first opportunity you have as a married couple to have some warm, intimate time alone after the wedding ceremony. It’s a precious moment, and we’ll be there to discreetly capture these heartfelt, initial moments of your journey as newlyweds. By letting you relax and be yourselves, we can document the genuine love and joy that radiate between you in a way that feels effortless and heartfelt.
In Scotland, we all know that the weather can be quite unpredictable, but don’t worry! As experienced wedding photographers, we are well-prepared to handle any weather conditions that come our way. We even have two adorable umbrellas for the couple to use (if you don’t mind getting a little bit wet).
While beautiful photographs can certainly be captured indoors, we also believe that rainy days can create a unique and magical atmosphere for wedding photography.

Our diary is open 2 years in advance. Bookings can be made right up to the day before the wedding (subject to availability). As we are mostly an Aberdeen wedding photographer, we fill up dates closer to home. If you require us to travel, the sooner the better.
Accessing My Photographs
Once your wedding photographs are ready, we will provide you with a link and password to access your online gallery. From there, you can easily download the images and have the freedom to print and share them with your loved ones. The printing rights are included, allowing you to create beautiful prints for personal use as many times as you wish.
Your wedding photographs will be available for you to access and download from the online gallery for a duration of four weeks. During this time, you can save the images to your devices and make any desired prints or copies. If you find that you need more time beyond the initial four weeks, simply let us know, and we’ll be happy to arrange an extension for you.
After your wedding, your precious wedding photographs will be made available to you through our online gallery. You will receive a link and password that grants you access to download the high-resolution images. This allows you the freedom to print and share your cherished memories with your loved ones as many times as you desire, for personal use.
Of course! We will send you a USB with all your photographs. These are high resolution and best for your prints. In addition, if you opt for our full day wedding package, we include a set of 30 6×4 prints as a delightful bonus. These prints serve as tangible mementos that you can cherish and display in your home, serving as a constant reminder of the magical moments captured on your wedding day.

Absolutely! We understand the importance of having proper insurance coverage for wedding photography services. We are proud to say that we are fully insured, providing you and the wedding venue with peace of mind.
If your wedding venue requires a copy of our insurance documentation, we would be more than happy to provide it. Simply reach out to us, and we will promptly send over the necessary proof of insurance.
